Our Story
spearIT was founded by Stephen Spears and Joseph Miller. These childhood friends turned their life long love of technology into their career. After spending years in corporate IT services, they created spearIT so they could share their passion for technology in a personable way that makes it accessible to everyone. They value creating a technology support plan that is customized to their client's needs and cultivating relationships that allow for a comfortable and enjoyable tech support experience.

Stephen grew up always tinkering with technology. He and his brothers began building computers before Stephen even entered high school. Initially this passion for technology was just a hobby, but after pursuing many other professional outlets Stephen realized that he could turn his love for computers into a fulfilling career. This professional shift lead him to work for both small IT firms and large corporate companies. Stephen has a passion for helping companies find the technology that will allow for them to run efficiently and effectively.
Joseph Miller

Growing up, Joseph began building computers long before he entered high school, turning a childhood hobby into a lifelong pursuit. Known for his meticulous attention to detail, Joseph thrives on diving deep into complex issues, always striving to understand and resolve them thoroughly. His career has spanned work with both small IT firms and large corporations, where he applies his expertise to help companies find the best technology solutions for their needs. As a father of two, Joseph balances his professional life with his commitment to his family, making him a reliable and dedicated resource in any tech-related endeavor.
